    Treat yourself to the pleasure of preparing together artisanal ravioli filled with borage and garden vegetables, topped with centrifuged butter and sage and Culurgiones Ogliastrini a fresh pasta with a filling of potatoes, cheese, mint and garlic, and a magnificent herringbone closure that will remain in your heart forever. While you wait, delight in the legendary Ligurian focaccia, accompanied by a refreshing spritz.

    The house, located in the rolling hills a short drive from Zoagli and easily accessible by car, will welcome you into a warm and comfortable environment, ideal for relaxing and forgetting the stresses of the city. The evening will culminate with a delicious tiramisu, coffee and homemade limoncello made with fragrant lemons from the garden.

    Elisa is a brilliant chef and a wonderful, warm person. Her home is absolutely gorgeous! If you’re looking for a warm, authentic experience with Italian culture and cooking, this class cannot be beat. It is worth every penny! Be sure to bring a big appetite-you’re going to need it!

    A most amazing day with Elisa, Marcelo, Elisa. It felt like we were having dinner with family. From the beginning to the end everything was wonderful! We were taught how to make tri colored pasta, homemade ravioli, tiramisu, and focaccia bread. Elisa and family did everything to make us feel at home. The homemade wine and limoncello made by Marcello was superb! Sitting outside on their lovely patio surrounded by a breathtaking view exceeded our expectations! If you ever have the opportunity to visit this magical place, you will not be disappointed! Thank you for a delicious meal and the opportunity to meet your loving family. It was by far the best experience we have had on our vacation 💕
