I welcome you to my cooking class, where together we will prepare typical recipes from the Ligurian Riviera and enjoy an aperitivo to discover authentic flavors and ancient culinary traditions. The aperitif will feature real Genoese focaccia, bruschetta with homemade pesto, salted anchovies and seasoned olives from the Riviera.

We will then move on to the preparation of fresh pasta, especially handmade taglierini with the help of an ancient tool called "chitarra." Finally you will enjoy your pasta with pesto prepared by you, accompanied by a selection of PDO white wines from the area, which I will passionately explain. We will end with Italian-style coffee and a pleasant digestif from Genoa.
