    I welcome you to my cooking class, where together we will prepare three typical dishes from the Ligurian Riviera, discovering authentic flavors and culinary traditions. We will start with an appetizer that represents our land: the true Genovese focaccia, accompanied by homemade pesto bruschettas and salted anchovies, a typical dish of the fishermen, Caponada. Next, we will move on to making fresh pasta, specifically the traditional Corzetti, which we will dress with a sauce made from fresh marjoram and pine nuts, an ancient dish that cannot be missed in Ligurian cuisine. During the class, I will also guide you through the selection of wines, offering a selection of DOP white wines from our region, which I will describe with passion, as I am also a sommelier. I look forward to seeing you!
