Let me give you a glimpse into a typical day with me. Our day begins at the Slow Food market of Merana. As we peruse the stalls bursting with local produce, I share with you my tips for selecting the freshest ingredients. The colors, smells, and energy of the market are the perfect introduction to our culinary adventure. After our market tour, we head back to my cozy home nestled in the hills of Piedmont. Here, you'll join me in my kitchen for a cooking class. We roll up our sleeves and delve into the preparation of authentic Piedmontese dishes. Throughout our session, I guide you step by step, ensuring you grasp every technique necessary to recreate these specialities back in your own kitchen. I look forward to welcoming you to Merana and sharing with you the culinary traditions!
