The most beautiful tour ever, in a market that dates back to the 1930s, the Mercato Orientale in Genoa, in the heart of the city: an unforgettable combination of scents and colours. If you are looking for traditional Genoese products to prepare our dishes, here you cannot go wrong, there is true excellence and the products are fresh and zero km. I will take you with me to do the shopping and then cook our dishes at my place, a few steps away from Europe's largest historical centre, with the Rolli palaces in the world-famous Via Aurea. Together we will cook and taste traditional dishes like anchovy pie and genoese soup.

My fiancé and I had such a wonderful time with Tiziana and Roberto! Tiziana has everything masterfully set up in the kitchen and Roberto has such great knowledge of the city and Genovese history! They make an awesome team and excellent instructors. I can't wait to try the recipes we learned with Tiziana. We will definitely book another class on our next trip to Genoa.
