Orecchiette and Tiramisu: authentic flavors in my tavern

My kitchen is the place where tradition and creativity meet. I love preparing first courses, especially homemade pasta, which I consider an act of love and patience. Every recipe is for me an opportunity to experiment, to bring new flavors to life without forgetting simplicity. When I welcome guests, I don’t just cook: I create an experience. I enjoy taking care of every detail, from the harmony of the ingredients to the table set with elegance, because the pleasure of food begins with the eyes. My cooking follows the rhythm of the seasons: in spring, I favor the freshness of vegetables; in summer, the intense aromas of ripe fruits; in autumn, warm colors; and in winter, dishes that warm the heart.
