Patrizia and Lisa are waiting for you at Giudecca to discover the unusual and colorful organic market in the garden of the Giudecca women's prison where you will choose from the seasonal vegetables available on that day, those to be used in the vegetarian menu that you are going to make with Patrizia's guidance. During the itinerary Lisa and Patrizia will share with you tales of history and small curiosities of this still authentic place, where inhabitants and tourists coexist in harmony and balance.When you arrive home you will be greeted and inspired by a beautiful view of Venice and your colorful cooking class will begin under Patrizia's guidance who will share with you family recipes and techniques for making an entirely vegetarian menu and the inevitable dessert!

We had a wonderful evening with Patrizia. We learned to cook pasta and mozzarella and carroza and enjoyed an amazing tiramisu. The best part was the conversation and learning about Venice from Patrizia. I will recommend this experience to everyone who goes to Venice.

I had the most incredible experience at the pasta and tiramisu cooking class in Venice with my partner! From start to finish, it was an unforgettable day. Our instructor, Patrizia, was not only a talented chef but also an absolute delight. The class was hands-on, engaging, and perfectly paced, allowing us to learn the art of making fresh pasta and the classic Italian dessert from scratch. We began by making our own dough for the pasta, kneading and rolling it with the guidance of our expert chef. The best part was learning how to shape the pasta by hand and getting tips on the perfect texture and flavor. Then, we moved on to creating a rich and creamy tiramisu that turned out even better than we imagined. The whole experience was set in a cozy, welcoming home, and it felt like we were cooking alongside a local Venetian friend. Not only did we leave with new skills, but we also gained a deeper appreciation for the culture and traditions of Italian cooking. To top it off, we got to enjoy the delicious meal we had prepared, paired with some lovely wine. It was the perfect activity for a romantic and immersive day in Venice. I can’t recommend this class enough – whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, this is a must-do! We’ll definitely be trying to recreate these dishes at home. A true highlight of our trip!

This cooking class was the best part of our unforgettable, fantastic trip to Venice. Patrizia is a very talented, experienced chef. Her love of Italian cooking and her passion for fresh, high quality ingredients comes through right away. She is a kind, knowledgeable hostess who made an enormous effort to make us happy! I did the class with my 2 kids (ages 8 and 10) and she was so patient and fun with us. My kids couldn’t get enough of her. We made delicious bigoli, ravioli, salad, and panna cotta — all free of cows milk due to my daughter’s allergy. I hope to come back again with friends and do this class all over again! The view is really, really special. Her home had a beautiful, brand-new kitchen and tons of space for us to make delicious pasta!
