I’ll be waiting for you in my home in Avola for a cooking class celebrating Italian tradition. Together, we’ll make handmade ravioli and gnocchi, from the dough to shaping, and dress them with tomato sauce and ragù just like we do at home. To finish, we’ll prepare a classic Sicilian dessert: almond and pistachio pastries, fragrant and delicious.

It will be a hands-on and social experience, where we can cook together, chat, and share the aromas and flavors of my home kitchen. By the end of the class, you’ll be able to recreate these recipes in your own kitchen just like a true local, surprising your friends and family with authentic Sicilian dishes and leaving everyone amazed. I can’t wait to see you!
