Shared Experience

In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!

Your experience
  • Toasted sicilian bread with tomatoes, olive iol, olives and capers
  • Sicilian tipical pizza with escarol, anchovies, tomatoes and mozzarella
  • Sicilian cannoli

In a unique location directly on the seashore, during summer and spring you can enjoy dinner on the terrace or directly on the beach, admiring a breathtaking view of the Strait of Messina. You will witness the preparation of the typical Messina focaccia, a traditional dish that uses escarole, anchovies, mozzarella and tomato.

The menu includes a delicious bruschetta with tomatoes from the garden, capers from the Aeolian Islands grown and hand-picked by Mrs. Anna, who kindly provides them, and fresh anchovies caught in the Strait Sea. I will also tell you about the process of growing and harvesting capers and offer you a complimentary small amount to take home. We will end the lunch or dinner by making cannoli with ricotta cheese.
