Join us for an unforgettable experience in the rolling hills of Rimini, where culinary tradition meets the beauty of nature.
We invite you on a food and wine tour that begins with a visit to a small countryside dairy, followed by a stop at a historic 19th-century winery. Sommelier Cristina will be by my side to guide you through a sensory journey of the flavors and aromas of our local wines.
The experience will end at my home, where we'll roll up our sleeves and get to work. Together, we'll learn how to make piadina romagnola and strozzapreti, a traditional pasta from our region.
At the end of the class, you'll enjoy the dishes you've created, paired with selected wines, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

- My two teens and myself experienced the «make 2 types of pasta and tiramisu» cooking class at the lovely home of Patricia and her husband. The quality of the teaching, the warmth and welcome on the whole family (including a dog and cat), the whole experience of making old traditional tiramisu and pasta the manual way, and then being served a three course meal experience including cheese and meat platter, two dishes with pasta and the dessert made the evening perfect. Highly recommend this class 👍
- It was a perfect “little evening”! Patrizia welcomed us with a smile and immediately got us making passatelli pasta, we made them in various ways and then ate them together. We felt at home, the place was wonderful and the people were just as wonderful! Truly a beautiful experience that I recommend everyone to try!
