I have always cooked for myself and for the people close to me, friends and family, turning cooking into a moment of sharing and enjoyment. I especially love traditional first courses: from homemade fresh egg pasta to gnocchi and risottos, simple recipes full of history and flavour.Desserts have required a little more dedication and practice, but with passion and commitment I have managed to achieve great results. For me, cooking is above all a way to share my roots, traditions, and the pleasure of gathering around the table.
