While I enjoy cooking a variety of dishes inspired by different regions and countries, the cuisine I aspire to offer to my guests is distinctly local. In essence, I aim to rediscover forgotten dishes from the traditional cuisine of the Lombard pre-Alpine region, encompassing Varese, Como, and Lecco, with strong Milanese influences. My goal is to provide an authentic experience, celebrating the culinary richness of our region.
