"I will welcome my guests in the ancient country farm, surrounded by olive trees, in a unique position at the foot of the hills of Selva di Fasano, with the enchanting view of the expanse of olive trees leading to the sea. We will collect the vegetables together from our garden, and then create the typical dishes of the family tradition."

- I and my sisters loved our cooking class with Maria. The menu was excellent, based on local delicacies and providing dishes that were unusual (for us, the non-Italians) but not difficult to reproduce. We booked it as a birthday present for my sister who is a great cook, and she loved it. And those of us who are not so good at cooking also found recipes we are going to make again. We cooked courgette flowers, shallot ‘flowers’, polpette, pasta with rape, and sugared almonds, and also snacked on Maria’s olives, foccacia barese, tomato bruschetta with spicy ricotta, and homemade limoncello and walnut liqueur. Lunch in the garden with Maria, and Vitania her super translator, was just gorgeous. Thank you both for a wonderful taste of Puglia!
- We had such an amazing experience with Maria! The Masseria is beautiful and we got to learn a bit about the local history and traditions. It was a lot of fun to learn all the recipes (the orecchiette technique was harder than I thought though!). We made two starters, one pasta dish and some sweet almonds for dessert, and all of them were delicious! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes food and to wishes to learn more about Puglia!
