Venice boasts a thousand-year history in the culinary realm, and I am constantly dedicated to discovering ancient recipes. Here, the fish market is fantastic, and the vegetables come directly from the islands of the lagoon. Local products are my favorites for recreating dishes that are part of our historical tradition.
