You will be immersed in the magic of Venice as our guest, in an apartment with a terrace offering a breathtaking view of the picturesque Campo di ss.Giovanni e Paolo. Together, we will engage in the preparation of a classic appetizer and learn the art of making fettuccine by hand, following culinary tradition. We will accompany this with a simple basil sauce while sipping a Spritz, the iconic Venetian cocktail. And, to end on a high note, there will be no shortage of the classic Tiramisu for dessert. My recipes are designed to be easy to learn, so you will have the opportunity to repeat them in the comfort of your own kitchen.
