Hi from Paola!

Mine is a home-style kitchen — a blend of Apulian, Sicilian, Venetian, and Piedmontese flavors, just like in many Italian families. Pastry-making is my true passion, the world where I feel most at home. But living in a big family has taught me to always be ready for large dinners, where there are always little cold appetizers, fresh homemade pasta, and fragrant roasts.
