En el centro de Palermo, a dos pasos del Teatro Massimo, te recibiré en un palacio noble para una clase de cocina llena de sabores, música y tradición. En un ambiente moderno y familiar, aprenderás a preparar un entrante siciliano y el famoso cannolo de ricotta, siguiendo cada paso de la receta auténtica. Brindaremos con un Spritz o un buen vino siciliano. Durante la clase, te acompañaré con canciones tradicionales: soy cantante popular y me encanta compartir mi cultura con los invitados. La experiencia también es adecuada para quienes siguen una dieta sin gluten, sin lactosa o vegetariana. Te espero para vivir juntos el auténtico sabor de Palermo.

- Our Sicilian cooking experience with Rosa in her home was fantastic. Rosa expertly showed us how to make pasta and Tiramisu from scratch. Rosa cooked the pasta and we enjoyed a wonderful meal with two other nice travellers from Switzerland. We highly recommend the Pasta & Tiramisù cooking class with the beautiful Rosa.
- We had a Pasta & Tiramisu cooking class with the beautiful and delightful Rosa on Friday 13th 2024 in Palermo. Rosa was so warm and welcoming we felt right at home as she expertly showed us how to make fresh pasta and Tiramisu from scratch. We later enjoyed the beautiful food with Rosa and two wonderful fellow travellers from Switzerland. Not only did Rosa wow us with her beautiful food, her singing was amazing and wonderfully entertaining. We highly recommend this experience with Rosa.

- My experience today was just incredible. Traveling from South Louisiana, I wanted to learn how to make pasta from scratch in a comfortable and friendly environment. I am a novice cook. Somewhat experienced. Anyway, the highlights for me were: Maria Rita was an excellent hands on teacher. She paid close attention to my comfort level. If o wanted to work, she let me work, if I was tired, she finished for me. Maria Rita’s daughter Francescana was there to translate for us. Maria Rita knows English however Francesca is fluent in English. They welcomed my wife into their home at no extra charge. The conversation was just natural and warm. Maria Rita and her daughter are simply good people. We laughed a lot. The food was so fresh and so good. All of the vegetables we prepared and ate were home grown by Maria Rita. The food highlights for me were: homemade sun dried tomatoes in her homemade olive oil, with homegrown basil and garlic. The bruschetta, wow! Maria Rita’s tomatoes are grown hydroponically. She has her own chickens because her daughter loves fresh eggs of course :) The fresh made pasta was Delizioso and I was proud to make it with semolina flour and a pinch of semolina. I could go on and on, but instead I will tell you that my wife and I will be back at the home of Maria Rita. We felt so very comfortable. Top experience in Sicily so far!
- Rosa was very welcoming from the first second! Very open and warm, and it was clear she is used to host. The food was great and showed some different tastes, in plenty portion sizes! We also got som great advice on the city!

Lo que cocino me lo han enseñado mi madre, mis tías y mis abuelas a lo largo del tiempo. Soy cantante y actriz, por lo que me encanta cantar mientras cocino y entretener a mis invitados con canciones y relatos de nuestra Sicilia bedda. En mi mesa, sencilla y cuidada, sirvo platos de temporada, prestando especial atención a los vegetarianos y a las personas intolerantes al gluten.
