: Francesca, was an excellent communicator prior to the day, was an excellent teacher and made our entire family feel right at home during the class, not to mention ger Arancine were excellent! Can't speak highly enough of her. Highly recommend to any traveller.
: We had the absolute best time ever with Francesca!! We is so easy and fun to be around and made it the best possible experiance. We are from new york visiting for our honeymoon and this is an absolute must.
: Our experience with Francesca was fabulous. She is warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with. She is an incredibly cook and everything was beyond delicious. We truly felt that we had an authentic Sicilian dinner experience. She was so sweet to pack up our leftovers and we had them for lunch the next day. The food was just as amazing! We highly recommend Francesca and will do this again when we return to Palermo.
: Francesca is a wonderful host and great teacher. My wife and I had an amazing time cooking and talking with her. She has a beautiful kitchen and a kind demeanor, we felt very relaxed and full by the end of the class. 10/10
: If you want to feel like you have a home away from home you must book with Francesca. You not only feel the love exuding from her but you taste it in her cooking too! Francesca vive a Bagheria, la 'città delle ville', una terra baciata dal sole e dalla brezza del mare. La nostra Cesarina porta in tavola le ricette siciliane, ricche di contrasti, dove il dolce è abbinato al salato, si usa molto l'agrodolce e la frutta secca è perfetta sulla carne, il pesce e verdure. "Tutto questo è il frutto delle culture che sono passate nella nostra terra. La mia cucina è legata alle tradizioni sia della mia zona, che della mia famiglia. Utilizzo solo prodotti del territorio e spero di poter trasmettere ai miei ospiti tutta la passione e l'amore che metto quando cucino."
