Nel nostro tipico casale in mattoni della campagna toscana verrete accolti con un tagliere di salumi e formaggi della nostra zona accompagnati da un calice di prosecco. Imparerete a preparare i tordelli ripieni di patate e pancetta, partendo dalla preparazione della sfoglia con farina e uova alla chiusura a mano di ogni singolo tortello. Prepareremo insieme anche le famose tagliatelle che saranno condite con il tipico ragù bianco della Val di Chiana. Per finire potrete degustare un magnifico tiramisù di cui imparerete tutti i segreti per la preparazione, dalla pastorizzazione delle uova allo spolvero con cioccolata.

Anna and her husband Stefano provided an exceptional experience for my partner and I. It wasn't just about cooking, they invited us into their Tuscan home and shared a meal like family. Anna and Stephano did an excellent job showing us each steps of how to make the three dishes. They made it feel achievable and like you could duplicate it in your own home. I can’t wait to try some of the recipes on my own. Aside from showing us the steps, they also hosted us with a wonderful snack followed by our homemade pasta and dessert. You will not leave hungry. Their home is beautiful and gives you a sense of how Italians live. I would recommend them to friends and hope to visit again.

Anna and Stefano are the best hosts. Not only did we learn to cook, we made friends for life. Every detail was amazing and they both made us feel right at home. Anna is an exceptional cook and she does a great job instructing. Her stuffed ravioli is untouchable and the focaccia is out of this world.
