- Fernanda has been AMAZING! She welcomed us into her home and we had the best experience ever. It was the highlight of our trip to Bari. I am now back home and wishing I was still in Bari in Fernanda's home. We made orecchiette and tiramisu, and the best part is that we shared a sunday lunch meal with her and her friends. Rosa was so helpful as well as whenever I couldn't express myself in Italian, she translated for me. We had the best cauliflower orecchiette ever, even though I am not a fan of orecchiette. If you're in Bari and love food, please, don't miss out on this opportunity!
- Fernanda, Franco, Rossa, and Franco II were very welcoming, warm, kind and so much fun to spend an evening of cooking and eating with!!! Amazing experience 🇮🇹🥰
- I wish I could give this 10 stars. This one of the best days I’ve had and Fernanda, Franco, and Lisa are to think. They welcomed me so warmly into their home and gave a true Puglia experience full of wine, orechiette, pesto, burrata, tiramisu and lots of laughs! - We had a wonderful time at our cooking class! Cesarine Fernanda and her family took us to a bakery to taste fresh focaccia, then to a winery. We all went to her home and learned how to make orecchiette and cavatelli and her special tiramisu… they even taught us some Italian as well!! We cooked, we drank wine and then we danced! We had a fabulous time and I would highly recommend Cesarine Fernanda for your cooking class!❤️🍷
- It was a great way to learn the Italian way of making pasta and accompanying tomato sauce made from fresh tomato's. The tiramisu was just divine. Thank you Fernanda and Lisa for welcoming us into your home and to your family table for lunch. Highly recommend 👌
