- What a wonderful time with Monica and Valentina. Such warm kindness and encouragement in the cooking demonstration, and the meal was delicious with such interesting conversation! (Google translate was a huge help for English speakers). Thank you for such a beautiful evening!
- I had a wonderful day with Monica. After arriving late due to a delayed flight & missed train Monica more than made up for my difficult arrival. She generously picked me up from my accommodation and brought me to her house. She gave me expert instructions on preparing the tiramisu & pizza as we laughed and got to know each other. She even escorted me to a wonderful winery for a wine tasting after arrangements I made were cancelled. She is a wonderful, personable hostess & I highly recommend this experience.
- Such a great experience of making pasta!Monica is a wonderful host who shows you the steps and then let you do it yourself. We made 4 different kind of pasta and all were delicious! Thank you so much for this wonderful morning Monica!
