- The experience with Monica was the best thing we could have imagined or asked for. She was a great host and a great chef - she clearly knows a lot about what she's doing. She welcomed us to her beautiful home with open arms :) as we were talking about Parmigiano while dinner and where to buy it she took us the next day (on her day off!) to a friend of hers and let us taste and buy the best of the cheese she had (and Renata had a lot of delicious cheese :)) She treated us like good friends and not only gave us a great experience but also great tips to make our own tiramisú and traditional pasta. I would book this experience over and over again! Grazie mille, Monica!!
- Questa eccellente esperienza non solo ci ha fornito nuove competenze culinarie, ma ci ha anche dato maggiore fiducia in cucina.
