- Our experience with Monica was absolutely amazing! We'd recommend to everybody to have a session with her. She's incredibly welcoming, nice and the food is simply beyond this world. We're very grateful we had this experience!
- Monica is a very kind and fun host. We met at the market in Asti. She told us about the different markets and produce available and bought some things for us to try. Then she took us back to her home and we made pasta, Russian salad, caprese salad a dish with anchovies (I don't remember the name) and a traditional dessert of pesche ripiene.
- Superleuke ervaring met een fantastische gastvrouw op een prachtige locatie. Pasta en ravioli en gnocchi leren maken, lekker dessert gemaakt en leuke mensen leren kennen . We hebben genoten en zouden het iedereen aanraden !
- Samen pasta maken was een heel leuke ervaring en we kregen goede ‘inside tips’. We werden warm ontvangen door Monica, het was een heel gezellige voormiddag en lekker lunch.
- We learned to make pasta, gnocchi and bonet. Very informative, friendly and a fun experience overall.
