Corso incentrato sulla pasta fresca all'uovo e non solo , utilizzeremo diversi tipi di farina per creare le tagliatelle o tagliolini, l' impasto verra fatto rigorosamente a mano , faremo anche i gnocchi di patate e in questo caso giocheremo con i colori quindi potremmo farli con gli spinaci o con la zucca oppure con il pomodoro . faremo anche una bella lezione su come proporlo nel piatto e di conseguenza anche in tavola . Il Bonet al cioccolato come dolce per ricordare la tipicità piemontese .
Monica is a very kind and fun host. We met at the market in Asti. She told us about the different markets and produce available and bought some things for us to try. Then she took us back to her home and we made pasta, Russian salad, caprese salad a dish with anchovies (I don't remember the name) and a traditional dessert of pesche ripiene.

Superleuke ervaring met een fantastische gastvrouw op een prachtige locatie. Pasta en ravioli en gnocchi leren maken, lekker dessert gemaakt en leuke mensen leren kennen . We hebben genoten en zouden het iedereen aanraden !

The experience with Monica was the best thing we could have imagined or asked for. She was a great host and a great chef - she clearly knows a lot about what she's doing. She welcomed us to her beautiful home with open arms :) as we were talking about Parmigiano while dinner and where to buy it she took us the next day (on her day off!) to a friend of hers and let us taste and buy the best of the cheese she had (and Renata had a lot of delicious cheese :))
She treated us like good friends and not only gave us a great experience but also great tips to make our own tiramisú and traditional pasta. I would book this experience over and over again!
