Menù tradizionale, disponibile in versione classica o vegetariana, perfetto per le serate invernali da condividere con amici o familiari davanti a un camino acceso. Inizieremo con funghi ripieni di quinoa e verdurine saporite come antipasto, seguiti da un risotto o da tagliatelle paglia e fieno con un gustoso sugo ai funghi. Come secondo, un piatto tipico della tradizione piemontese: funghi fritti accompagnati da verdure al forno. Per concludere in dolcezza, torta di mele con zabaione.
Monica was amazing. We were invited in het family house, which looked incredible. The kitchen was the kitchen of our dreams. Monica taught us 3 typical Piemontees recipes and we made fresh pasta. We loved the whole experience and of course Monica herself. Highly higly recommended!

We, a part of four very much enjoyed cooking with Monica at her home. We learned a lot about the Italian culture of food. It was a wonderful experience making Tiramisu and pasta from hand and also seeing and making Vitello tonnato sauce from hand. A some what negative point was the level of knowledge of the English language as two in our party do not speak English therefore we translate quite a bit. Overall we enjoyed our time with Monica and learned more about the Italian culture and way of living.

Our host, Monica, was lovely! The experience was marvelous! My husband and I met Monica at an agreed location in Asti (easy to find), and then walked to a local open air market to shop for produce for our meal. After, she drove us to her beautiful home to share a cooking lesson (pasta, chocolate stuffed peaches, and saucy-vegetable bruschetta - YUM!) in her gorgeous kitchen and then ate the delectable meal with her lovely son around the family's table. The advice, the laughter, the ability to improve our Italian language skills, and the joy of cooking with a local in her home was a memory we will never forget. We HIGHLY recommend cooking with Monica! We have been to cooking lessons before, and this was by far the most exceptional!
