Per me, la cucina è condivisione.L'ho imparato dalle mie nonne, che mi hanno trasmesso le antiche ricette di famiglia, pezzi di storia racchiusi in sapori e odori."Condivisione" era la parola che ripeteva mia mamma quando portava a tavola i piatti per me e i miei fratelli: piatti semplici, preparati con le verdure del nostro orto e un pizzico d'amore.Ancora oggi, la cucina è il mio linguaggio. Condividere la mia passione con familiari e amici, in cambio di sorrisi, è ciò che mi rende felice.I piatti che preparo più spesso sono: panzerotti, primi piatti della tradizione, focacce e dolci realizzati con le confetture dei frutti dei miei alberi. Questo è ciò che vorrei trasmettere a chi varca la soglia della mia casa: la pugliesità da condividere.

What an amazing experience!!!’

We spent a lovely afternoon at Cesarine making and eating delicious dishes. We picked fresh vegetables from their garden which were used in the meal. While sipping on espresso we made the Tiramisu. The pasta sauce was started and cooked over an open fire. Following this we made the oracchiette and cavatelli pasta. Paola was helpful and patient while we tried these new techniques. We were offered a lovely rose and Paola showed us how to use the pasta maker to make fettuccine to accompany the pesto. Then it was time to eat a fabulous meal. Many extra dishes were added to our meal including frizzele, fresh mozzarella, flavorful fennel, fried eggplant and salami. It was a perfect meal highlighting all the flavours of Puglia. Thank you Rosana and Paola!

Paola and her daughter are super nice. We had a great experience beginning with collecting the ingredientes from their vegetable garden. Paola is very patient and she’s a great teacher. She taught us how to make the best tiramisu I have ever had and two delicious pastas. We really loved this experience!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. It was an unmatched experience that provided an authentic glimpse of Italian culture. The family was not only accommodating but incredibly nice and welcoming. We learned, enjoyed delicious food, and will never forget this opportunity. We are grateful that they offered up their home and cannot recommend this class enough. Take it. More than once.

Paola and Rosanna warmly welcomed us in their beautiful home and gave us an exciting introduction into the secrets of pasta making. The morning / lunch we spend together was amazing and the finally produced pasta and tiramisu absolutely delicious. 10/10 recommended!!
