La mia cucina è il frutto di una passione di famiglia ereditato da mia mamma, da mia nonna, dalle esperienze e dai luoghi in cui si è svolta la mia vita. Adoro cucinare prodotti di stagione, locali e quando posso del mio orto. Mi piace coltivare ed usare le erbe aromatiche, trasformare la frutta in confetture insolite e salutari così come creare rosoli frutto della tradizione. La mia cucina è tipica del Regno delle 2 Sicilie essendo napoletana trapiantata in Puglia di nonne siciliane e campane e di suocera pugliese. Amo la cucina francese così come le esperienze “fusion” tra la cucina del Sud Italia e quella internazionale.

- Giovannella was AMAZING! I can't even put into words how happy I am that we got to do this. She was so patient in teaching my non-kitchen friendly self everything while also making it fun. She makes you feel like you're a part of the family and shared so much information about the region as well as helped us make sure we could experience all there was to offer by giving us personal recommendations for things to do. The food was of course, delicious, and I could have stayed there all day eating. 100/10 you must do this & get to know Giovannella!
