In der gemütlichen, rustikalen Atmosphäre meiner Taverne zeige ich dir, wie man Pappa al pomodoro macht, ein einfaches, aber superleckeres toskanisches Gericht, von dem man nie genug kriegen kann. Danach machen wir Hähnchenrouladen mit Speck und Kräutern. Und zum Nachtisch? Mit Schokolade und Kokosraspeln gefüllte Kekse, echt lecker!

- This was one of our favorite experiences in Italy. We did the class as a family — three generations, from a toddler to grandparents — and everyone had a great time. Silvia was warm, funny, and put everyone at ease. We made pasta and tiramisu from scratch, and she served plenty of snacks, appetizers, and wine. Everything was delicious. It was hands-on, relaxed, and really special. Would absolutely recommend!
- What a lovely way to spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon in Tuscany. Silvia and her husband Marco opened their lovely home to us and taught us how to make pici and tiramisu. We were also able to try some local, homemade jams and digestivi. Neighbors were also on hand to help translate. What a great example of Tuscan hospitality. It very special to be welcomed into someone home. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone.
- Our host family was gracious and so kind. Unfortunately her translator had a last minute emergency and could not attend. Our host/chef spoke very little English so instructions were difficult. Her next door neighbor, who spoke some English came over to assist. Everyone was so gracious and tried their best to communicate. In the end it was a delightful experience to be in the home of a wonderful Italian family.
- We had such a great cooking experience with Silvia! We had 2 kids with us and she was so patient in teaching them. It was one of our favorite experiences of the trip! We felt like family with her!
