    Tauch mit mir in die italienische Kochkunst ein: Wir starten mit frittierter Pizza, die mit frischen Tomaten der Saison und knackigem Rucola belegt ist. Danach kneten und belegen wir Pizzen mit den unterschiedlichsten Geschmacksrichtungen: von der klassischen Margherita bis hin zu Varianten mit viel Gemüse und Wurstwaren. Anschließend probieren wir unsere Kreationen und genießen dazu einen guten Wein, um die echte italienische Küche gebührend zu feiern. Wir beenden unseren Kochkurs mit einer süßen Note, einem traditionellen Tiramisu, das wir zusammen mit einem guten Kaffee genießen. Ich freue mich darauf, dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis mit dir zu teilen!

    Our experience with Maria and Giuseppe was great! They are very lovely and welcoming and Maria is a great chef. She taught us how to make amazing pizza and tiramisu. We would definitely recommend this experience!

    Maria and her partner are so NICE! The conversation was easy and fun, and Maria is a gentle and thoughtful teacher. Her partner is a teacher as well for primary school, so his instruction in perfect English was very helpful. They are lovely people who most certainly know slow food and presentation. They were very welcoming to us into their home and as someone who was a bit nervous (I have never taken a cooking class), they were extremely kind and patient. Our pasta and tiramisu turned out so tasty. I don’t normally eat dessert but I licked the bowl clean of tiramisu. Maria’s boyfriend was correct, her recipes are the best! Thanks and we hope to learn more in the future with Maria.

    Out if my entire trip through Italy this year, I have to say, I’ve had the best time in Lucca. But my evening with Maria and Giuseppe only added to the wonderful experience. I was exceptional. Maria is such an amazing cook. To start, she had prepared a little aperitivo with a nice chianti while we sat and introduced ourselves. She also had me try a couple of her other dishes like pangoccioli and limoncello crema. It was all delicious! I was fortunate to end up having a private class so I was able to learn a couple more tips and tricks that I may not have otherwise. They both made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I felt as if they were rolling out the red carpet for me. They even drove me back to my hotel at the end of the evening so I didn’t have to walk. Talk about accommodating! While the dishes were simple, the experience of cooking and the camaraderie is what makes the evening so memorable. I can not thank Maria and Giuseppe enough for making my evening so outstanding.

    Maria and her husband were amazing and gracious hosts for our cooking class in Tuscany. Their home was lovely and welcoming, the instructions were clear, her knowledge and experience were very professional. We were able to have hands on experience of making two different types of pasta and tiramisu. The meals were unforgettable. They served appetizers and drinks upon our arrival and offered others throughout the evening. We are very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend.

    Ich lebe in Lucca, komme aber ursprünglich aus Kampanien, genauer gesagt aus Benevento, und habe eine tiefe Liebe für die Küche meiner Heimat und für die Aromen, die mir von meiner Familie vermittelt wurden. Ich respektiere zwar die traditionellen Rezepte, zögere aber nicht, meinen Gerichten einen Hauch von Innovation zu verleihen, der sie einzigartig macht. Und für Naschkatzen bereite ich auch köstliche Süßigkeiten zu! Zu meinen Lieblingsgerichten gehören klassische Vorspeisen wie Lasagne oder weniger traditionelle Varianten mit Huhn oder Artischocken. Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten, Carbonara, Amatriciana und natürlich Pizza dürfen auf meiner Speisekarte nie fehlen.
