Surrounded by the cool pine forest of the Parma Apennines you will participate in a tasting of local specialties, from an appetizer with prosciutto crudo di Parma, Salame di Felino and Parmigiano Reggiano accompanied by a soft fried pie, to a plate of the typical tortelli d'erbetta, and finally a traditional dessert or tiramisu.
Alternatively, you can enjoy a tasty Parmesan pizza with prosciutto and Parmesan shavings, and dessert. All prepared before your eyes and, if you wish, with your cooperation.
