    You will learn how to prepare family recipes, such as tortelli di erbetta or potato tortelli with soffritto, egg noodles, potato gnocchi, creamy risottos and fragrant sauces. We will end with a typical Parmesan dessert or an irresistible homemade tiramisu. A genuine cooking class, in the heart of Emilia, to discover true homemade Parmesan cuisine.

    A simply wonderful experience! Catia and her husband Augusto welcomed us into their beautiful home, making us feel right at home from the start. With great passion and simplicity, she taught us how to make tortelli, gnocchi, and tagliolini, sharing the secrets of tradition with us. After cooking together, we all sat together at the same table: everything was truly exceptional.     How can two friends passionate about good food celebrate their fiftieth birthday? In the kitchen, of course! But this time not their own, but Catia’s, the Cesarina of Parma. We put on our aprons and got to work. Pasta dough to pull and fillings to prepare. The result? Excellent tortelli with ricotta and herbs. The potato filling variation was also very good.
