In this cooking class, I want to take you beyond the simple recipe. I want to pass on that 'ancient knowledge' that transforms water and flour into a shared emotion. My goal is to give you the tools to replicate the magic of pizza in your own oven, combining modern techniques with the secrets of tradition.
