Our cuisine is based on simplicity, much like home cooking. We are a family of women who, generation after generation, have passed down the love for homemade pasta, following Grandma Dora's recipe, for traditional sauce, and for the typical fried pizzas from Grandma Nenne.

- We had the best time with Francesca! She taught us how to cook fettuccine noodles, eggplant meatballs, and tiramisu. She did an amazing job and we really enjoyed getting to know her and her family. Also, the view took our breaths away!
- My wife and I attended Francesca's cooking class on our last night in Italy. It was such a fun experience with an amazing view on the terrace. They were great hosts and very helpful with with poor dough kneading skills. Very fun evening together. We learned a lot and are ready to try it on our own at home. Thanks!
