Your experience

Immersed in the picturesque Aretine countryside, among vineyards and olive groves, you will have the opportunity to delight your palate with typical Tuscan flavors.

We will start with various Tuscan crostini, followed by handmade tagliolini in bean broth. We will continue with pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola and pork livers baked in the oven with netting. As a side dish, we will offer seasonal delicacies straight from our garden. We will end the meal with cantucci accompanied by house vinsanto. All will be accompanied by water and house wines (white and red) and, finally, coffee.

I have a passion for cooking and I love preparing all kinds of dishes. I often make fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle and ravioli, and I'd like to help you discover the richness of Tuscan culinary tradition, particularly that of Arezzo. Among the typical dishes I propose are ribollita, mushroom cream, and grifi. Depending on the raw materials I can procure, I can easily switch between meat and fish and I'm ready to cook any dish that might delight my guests' palates!
