I had a really great evening and cooking class together with Elisa. We made very delicious gnocchi alla sorrentina, ravioli caprese and migliaccio napoletano for dessert. I hope to visit again for another cooking class in the future.

We are so glad we had this experience - my kids learned to love a new food that they enjoyed playing an active role in making, which is a primary highlight of our 10 day trip. Elisa was kind and supportive, going above and beyond in her flexibility — she agreed to modify the menu at our request and then, when we got very lost and ended up in a completely different town from where she lives after getting on an express train by mistake, she offered to reschedule for the next night and gave us recommendations for salvaging our evening, even checking on us by text throughout the night to make sure we were okay! When we actually managed to have the class (again arriving late because of a train shutdown), the food was delicious and she encouraged us to write down the recipes as we went. There were some nuances we had to ask about to be able to replicate the recipes later - e.g. how to know how long to beat something or how to know when the pasta was done cooking in the sauce - but when we asked she always tried to explain (sometimes using a translator app if needed). We are glad we took this class; our suggestion to future attendees would be to just save a little hassle and take a taxi to begin with, giving the name of the tire shop as the destination :)

Wow! We had an amazing evening with wonderful Elisa. Elisa has is so passionate about local culture and cuisine and has so much knowledge of cooking. We have already experimented a lot at home with making pizza so had a lot of questions ready for Elisa and she was ready to answer them all. We also learned a lot about the traditions of pizza in Naples, including making and enjoying the 3 types of pizza. Everything was well prepared for the class so we spent the whole time cooking or eating. Elisa's kitchen is beautiful and spotlessly clean. I'm so glad we picked Elisa's class, we were able to learn so much and she had lots of patience to help us really understand the best techniques. It was also a pleasure to enjoy some delicious wine and meet Elisa's lovely family.
