This experience includes making handmade pasta and preparing delicious condiments. We begin by kneading the dough for pici, and while it rests, we'll prepare the garlic sauce and grate the pecorino cheese for the classic cacio e pepe sauce. The dough is then cut into small strips, which are rolled into pici—a type of thick, hand-rolled pasta. A simple paste made of flour and water (with the option to add a small egg for more consistency) forms the base of this delicious dish. Making tiramisu with ladyfingers and mascarpone is easy and requires no cooking. The key is carefully mixing the eggs and sugar before adding the mascarpone. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy poems recited and discussed, adding a unique touch to the experience.
