Your experience
Christmas at Villa Urso is transformed into a unique and unforgettable experience for all those who wish to immerse themselves in the flavors of the Salento Christmas tradition. Together we will prepare "Triddhri," small crumbs of fresh egg pasta, an authentic symbol of Christmas in Lecce, and savor them with a steaming meat broth. We will continue with boiled meat, accompanied by the classic green sauce, and conclude with "Purceddhruzzi," the quintessential Salento Christmas dessert. We will complete this work together, following tradition, using honey from our farm, almonds harvested from our orchards and roasted pine nuts.

Since we stopped working, we moved to the countryside in a family house built in 1800, where we have a rich orchard and we have fun preparing organic jams of all tastes. In winter we use the dining room, while in summer we organize dinners in the large garden."
