A lesson on fresh pasta typical of the area, with authentic recipes handed down from my family and the preparation of three distinct types of pasta: orecchiette, sagne torte (also known as ritorte or 'ncannulate') and ravioli. Depending on the season, these delicacies will be accompanied by sauces, sauces and fresh vegetables, creating a delicious and wholesome final dish. It will be an experience not only culinary, but also fun and relaxing, a time of sharing and warmth as among old friends, immersing ourselves in the authentic flavors of Salento.

My name is Francesca and I am a proud mother of three girls, to whom I lovingly dedicate everything I prepare in the kitchen. I await you at my home to share traditions with you.
