We will offer typical local recipes, from appetizer to dessert, making learning and creating delicious dishes a lot of fun. We will cook together in a rustic tavern, where each of you will have the opportunity to put "your hands in the dough" and play with your culinary creativity. The menu will include pan caciato, a typical Umbrian loaf with nuts and cheese, homemade tagliatelle, a long egg pasta, and to finish, a delicious tiramisu. It will be a unique experience to discover and savor local gastronomic traditions in an authentic and convivial atmosphere.
