- Eggplant parmigiana or caponata (sweet-and-sour Sicilian dish made of fried aubergines, capers, olives and celery)
- Pasta alla norma (with tomatoes and eggplants) with anchovies
- Meat or fresh fish
- Cannoli (a crispy baked shell filled with sweet ricotta cream)
A menu following Sicilian traditions using fresh products. We will buy the ingredients needed at the market by choosing the best ones and then we'll go back to my place to cook a four course menu. An appetizer, fresh pasta, top quality meats or fish and then the sweet cannoli.
Good wine, music and laughter won't be missing.
