    A riot of scents from the Apuan Alps are encapsulated in this typical menu: in the appetizer you will enjoy crostini tomatoes and Colonnata lard, homemade sweet and sour giardiniera and typical Tuscan crostini.

    Gnudi are typical Tuscan spinach and ricotta gnocchi. Stuffed vegetables, an Apuan Ligurian dish, Massese rice cake, a pampering for the palate. You can lunch and dine in the garden and, in bad weather, in the beautiful dining room. In the warmer months only outdoor dining is recommended, not lunches.

    Daniela welcomes her guests in an ancient residence of 1700, in the historic center of Massa, a splendid town nestled between the Apuan Alps and the sea. Here the pure white of the famous marble of the Apuan Alps turns into the green of the cultivated hills and then into the blue of the Ligurian sea, thus forming a splendid natural kaleidoscope. On these steep terraced slopes the vine is cultivated with great effort and sacrifice, Ligurian viticulture is, in fact, often defined as 'heroic'. At the home of our Cesarina you can taste the ancient recipes of Lunigiana and Garfagnana and taste wines that can give aromas and unique sensations.
