Cooking class: the Ligurian-Apuan earthy flavors

Challenge yourself with a pasta-lover cooking class followed by a tasting of the recipes prepared during the lesson

I welcome you to my ancient residence from the 1700s, located in a beautiful town nestled between the Apuan Alps and the sea. In my home, you'll have the opportunity to savor ancient recipes from Lunigiana and Garfagnana and taste wines that offer unique aromas and sensations.

During the cooking class, you can learn the secrets of my specialties: "lasagne stordellate," a typical dish made with meat and vegetables; "tordelli massesi," delicious ravioli flavored with meat, vegetables, and thyme, topped with ragù sauce; and taglierini with beans, a tasty vegetarian bean soup with handmade tagliolini pasta. You can have lunch or dinner in our charming internal garden or, in case of bad weather, in the covered dining room.
