The appetizer includes crostini with tomato and Colonnata lard, anchovies from Monterosso and burrata and typical Tuscan crostini, homemade sweet and sour pickled vegetables.
The "Gnudi" are typical spinach and ricotta gnocchi seasoned with butter and sage. The Massese rice cake is a treat for the palate! For the summer we recommend dinner in the garden, obviously weather permitting.

Here the pure white of the famous marble of the Apuan Alps turns into the green of the cultivated hills and then into the blue of the Ligurian sea, thus forming a splendid natural kaleidoscope. On these steep terraced slopes the vine is cultivated with great effort and sacrifice, Ligurian viticulture is, in fact, often defined as 'heroic'. At the home of our Cesarina you can taste the ancient recipes of Lunigiana and Garfagnana and taste wines that can give aromas and unique sensations.
