: Ci siamo trovate molto bene, la padrona di casa molto ospitale e disponibile a spiegarci con pazienza tutti i passaggi per la preparazione dei tortellini. Si è creato un bel clima tra tutti i partecipanti nonostante io e la mia mamma avessimo molta differenza di età rispetto agli altri .Serata molto piacevole e proficua.

: La serata è stata molto bella. Si è creato un bel clima tra tutti noi partecipanti e Maria Luisa ci ha accolti e coccolati. Abbiamo impastato, chiuso, cotto e mangiato dei buonissimi tortellini oltre a tutte le delizie preparate dalla padrona di casa. Un'esperienza che consiglio assolutamente anche a genitori e figli.

On its hills, you can see castles, fortresses, towers, and medieval villages, testimonies of its history, in a landscape that satisfies mind and spirit. Luisa spent her childhood in grandmother's kitchen, surrounded by the aromas and flavors of peasant cuisine. Every day she smelled the scent of fresh homemade pasta, tigelle, and crescentine, and it was exactly her grandmother who taught her to 'put your hands in the dough’. Our Cesarina lives closer to the historic center, where she hides a real treasure: the old family vinegar factory, which she loves to show her guests.
