: Wow. We weren’t entirely sure what to expect, but our time with Paola was exceptional - it absolutely exceeded any ideas we had. The setting, her home, was intimate and welcoming, much the same as her lovely personality. She is intelligent and patient. My husband does little to no cooking and was nervous about this experience. He felt welcomed and confident. Our meal was delicious. We absolutely hope to cross paths with her again.
