During the live demonstration, you’ll discover the secrets behind the most iconic local specialities, such as tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle, gramigna and strichetti, learning the techniques and traditions passed down from generation to generation. After the demonstration, relax and enjoy a tasting of three different pasta dishes, with vegetarian options available, including a special variation of tortellini. The experience also includes a glass of wine for each guest and a traditional local dessert: torta di riso, the classic Bolognese dessert.
