- We had an absolutely wonderful cooking class in Milan with my sister and my mother. We prepared a delicious tiramisu and two different types of fresh pasta, and we were also welcomed with a personalised aperitivo that was such a lovely touch. Giada and Vito were incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive throughout the entire experience. They generously shared with us the secrets of Italian cuisine while making the class fun, interactive and truly memorable. We also had the opportunity to exchange stories about our cultures and our shared love for gastronomy, which made the experience feel even more special and personal. Everything was perfect, from the food to the atmosphere and the hospitality. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Milan , it was one of the highlights of our trip!

Cesarina from 2026Location: Milan (MI) Languages: Italian and EnglishMy roots lie between Puglia and Calabria, lands that have taught me the value of time, sharing, and cooking as an act of love. My journey in the kitchen began alongside my grandmother and mother, where I learned the first tricks and traditional recipes, developing an appreciation for local, seasonal ingredients and respect for the raw materials. I especially love simple yet distinctive dishes, like fava beans and chicory, which capture the essence of my land. Handmade fresh pasta is my favorite language: from orecchiette and cavatelli, to maccheroni al ferretto, and to stuffed pasta like tortellini and ravioli, as well as trofie and fettuccine. Kneading, shaping, and cooking is a ritual that connects past and present. My goal is to share and celebrate my family’s authentic traditions, with an eye on sustainability and openness to innovation, while never losing connection with my roots.
