Hi! I’m Giulia, and I’ve had my hands in dough for as long as I can remember.

I inherited my love for cooking from Grandma Carmela, and today I’m excited to share it with you in a cooking class dedicated to traditional Apulian pasta dishes.

Together, we’ll prepare authentic orecchiette with tomato and cacio ricotta, and capunti alla crudaiola. Each pasta shape has a story, and every ingredient speaks of our land.

If you love handmade pasta, genuine flavors, and experiences that feel like home, this class is for you.

And to end on a sweet note, we’ll enjoy a fresh ricotta mousse made with locally produced cheese, topped with cherries—one of the region’s signature fruits.

I can’t wait to knead, laugh, and savor the true taste of Puglia with you!

It was such a nice experience to learn how to make Focaccia and Orechiette - I never had such an amazing Focaccia before. Giulia explained how to do everything and helped us learn it all - hands on. We had a fantastic dinner together with good wine and a lot of interesting information as well. I can highly recommend it to everyone who loves cooking and/or eating! Mille grazie Giulia, I can't wait to try cooking it all by myself. <3 :)

Cooking has always been my greatest passion, one that began when I was just a child. It all started with my grandmother, who taught me how to make fresh pasta when I was only four years old. Since then, cooking has become an essential part of my life. I studied at a culinary school and have worked in professional kitchens for over 14 years. At the same time, I’ve nurtured another great passion: traveling. For me, the scents, flavors, and traditional recipes are the most authentic way to discover a culture and understand its history. I’m currently completing a course in nutrition to become a holistic nutritionist. This will allow me to combine my culinary skills with nutritional principles to create more mindful and balanced menus. I’m a chef with Umbrian roots, now based in Puglia, where I’ve had the privilege of learning traditional local dishes thanks to my partner’s grandmother. I would love to celebrate both Umbrian and Apulian cuisines, bringing to the table authentic, seasonal dishes that tell the story of our rich culinary heritage.
