Come experience an authentic day at the masseria, amidst the scents of the countryside and the warmth of a family kitchen.
I will welcome you in my home, an old masseria nestled among centuries-old olive trees and dry stone walls, where time slows down and every recipe tells a story. During this experience we will prepare friselle together, to be seasoned with ingredients that are essential but rich in flavor and tradition. We will then learn fresh pasta. You will learn how to make orecchiette and cavatelli, to be enjoyed with a freshly prepared sauce, using what the garden and the season offer us. Finally, we will end on a sweet note with tiramisu, which we will prepare together following the recipe at home. Between dough and laughter, we will share stories, scents and ancient gestures.
