Come experience an authentic day at the masseria, amidst the scents of the countryside and the warmth of a family kitchen.

I will welcome you in my home, an old masseria nestled among centuries-old olive trees and dry stone walls, where time slows down and every recipe tells a story. During this experience we will prepare friselle together, to be seasoned with ingredients that are essential but rich in flavor and tradition. We will then learn fresh pasta. You will learn how to make orecchiette and cavatelli, to be enjoyed with a freshly prepared sauce, using what the garden and the season offer us. Finally, we will end on a sweet note with tiramisu, which we will prepare together following the recipe at home. Between dough and laughter, we will share stories, scents and ancient gestures.

What a wonderful day we had cooking and spending time with Paola and her daughter. The farmhouse and surrounding area was beautiful with the fresh grown vegetables and fruit in their backyard. As we only speak English and Paola only speaks Italian having her daughter there was great to interpret. Love of food and cooking fresh produce needs no interpretation and my daughters and I were in our element. Thank you so much for sharing your house and experience we enjoyed the lunch together. Fresh pasta orriechetti with homemade pesto and pomodoro sauces so simple yet so delicious. Followed by the Tiramisu which we all enjoyed eating as much as making. Good luck with the future the whole concept is a great recipe for success. Love to "Milk" aka Latte

For me, cooking is about sharing. I learned this from my grandmothers, who passed down the ancient family recipes to me, pieces of history captured in flavors and aromas. "Sharing" was the word my mother always said when she brought food to the table for me and my siblings: simple dishes made with vegetables from our garden and a pinch of love. Even today, cooking is my language. Sharing my passion with family and friends, in exchange for smiles, is what makes me happy. The dishes I prepare most often are: panzerotti, traditional pasta dishes, focaccia, and desserts made with jams from the fruits of my trees. This is what I want to share with those who enter my home: the Puglian essence to enjoy together.
