Typical Neapolitan dishes with seasonal products, often revisited with a gourmet twist, excellent wine and prosecco for an unforgettable dinner.
The menu includes a Qvid La Guardiense welcome prosecco, an explosion of flavors with a rich seafood or land appetizer. Also, a typical dish of Neapolitan cuisine, prepared by me. Again, for every two people you can enjoy a bottle of Falanghina or Aglianico Janare La Guardiense And to finish, dessert.

- Un moment suspendu dans le temps, tout simplement magique ! Un repas exquis du début à la fin, sublimé par une vue imprenable sur Naples. Que pourrait-on rêver de mieux ? Encore merci à Giuseppe et Fabrizia pour cette expérience inoubliable !
- Sarà difficile dimenticare quel delizioso incontro con Fabrizia e Giuseppe, due persone affascinanti, accoglienti,raggianti e pieni di buon umore. Io e mia moglie ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa, come se avessimo conosciuto Fabrizia e Giuseppe da anni. Le pietanze erano squisite dagli antipasti fino al dolce, passando per il prosecco e i digestivi. E il colmo era la vista mozzafiato dalla loro enorme terrazza sul Golfo di Napoli soleggiato. Grazie Fabrizia e Giuseppe di aver reso il moi sessantesimo compleanno indimenticabile!
- Giuseppe (with help from Fabrizia) is a 5 star master chef. We opted for the "fish" menu and it was delicious and the presentations were superb. Shrimp and mussel appetizers, along with a pistachio infused pesto with dried tomato brushette, followed by spaghette alla vongole as the main course went well with the two local white wines. A tort for dessert and the lemoncello aperitif finished the meal. This was the best meal we had during our two week stay in Naples.
- Giuseppe ha gli occhi del colore del mare, I suoi modi sono gentili e professionali. Le pietanze prima di essere servite vengono amate. Fabrizia è l'abbraccio caloroso di una Napoli gioiosa. Il cibo è squisito, il panorama è stupendo, l'ambiente è delizioso, non si può chiedere di più. Andateci.
- Partecipare a questa home kitchen è stata molto più di una semplice esperienza culinaria.. Siamo stati accolti da due persone meravigliose, espansive e incredibilmente brave ai fornelli. Ogni piatto, preparato con cura e passione, rifletteva il loro calore e la loro ospitalità. Consiglio questa esperienza non solo per l'ottimo cibo, ma per il cuore e l'amicizia che vi troverete a condividere. Un momento indimenticabile in un contesto mozzafiato.

My passion for risottos is profound, and I specialize in pairing these dishes with an excellent wine. However, my true love is meat, preferably cooked on a charcoal grill. Even though I have my favorite specialties, I adore the art of cooking in all its forms. The dish that drives my wife crazy is undoubtedly my pasta with clams and lime. I never give up on a gourmet touch in my dishes!
