    An enticing preparation of ancient Sicilian mothers' and grandmothers' recipes for a seven-course menu. I'll show you how easy it is to cook starting from the basics: garlic, oil, onion, and... spices! But beware: an apron and gloves are required to uncover the secrets of this simple, humble, yet extremely tasty cuisine. We'll prepare fava bean or pea macco, pizzas, fresh pasta, and side dishes. And of course, we won't forget the great classics like caponata, peperonata, tomato meatballs, baked anelletti with meat sauce... Let me know your preferred dishes, and I'll create the perfect menu for you.

    We had a wonderfully enjoyable experience with Cinzia yesterday. We are still talking and smiling about it. She treated us like old friends, sharing her joy of cooking along with teaching us new skills and dishes. The food tasted wonderful. We are eating some leftovers tonight and are excited to share Cinzia’s food and tips with other family members. I am sad I will not be in Sicily long enough to book another class with her. The afternoon was a highlight of our trip.

    Chinzia is an amazing host who made us feel at home at her beautiful place immediately.
