The typical dishes in the menu we offer are lovingly prepared in a traditional way and they will surely catalyze you in the most genuine and enveloping Roman atmosphere.The warmth of my home, the local fresh ingredients and my own hospitality will make your experience unique and authentic.We will begin the journey with the crunchiness of the typical supplì revisited with one of the most famous condiments of Roman cuisine, "Cacio e pepe."
We will then reach very high peaks with the Roman dish par excellence that will amaze you, "rigatoni alla carbonara" and ''polpette alla romana''. But, a self-respecting menu always ends with a dessert and at the end of the meal I will present you with a gift that you can take with you and enjoy at your place with your loved ones!
