During the meeting we will get to know the complex world of flours and their different uses depending on the recipe you want to make. That is why I have chosen these 3 baked goods. Each requires different times and ways of preparation, as well as a specific use of flours.
Together we will learn, the secrets of baking with sourdough, make breadsticks and roll out pizza, then season it with imagination, innovating traditional recipes.
